We recently moved into a new office, which we planned and furnished ourselves according to our wishes and ideas.

We are convinced that recharging your batteries is pretty important, so you get 30 vacation days per year and national holidays and bridge days and time off…
We subsidize the daily meals at the nearby canteen which every employee is welcome to use. There are different serving stations- yes, vegetarian and a salad bar as well!
We leave it up to everybody to decide on your hours and working from home or remotely whenever you like.
We offer our international employees the opportunity to voluntarily participate in a German language course in order to make them feel more comfortable
